Dear Ask Ashlee,
When is the right time to start over again? I feel like my life has been a constant cycle of me picking myself up over and over again. I know I am not the only person that feels this way, but I feel like it is time for me to start over with my life but I honestly don’t know what that looks like. I have been thinking about my friends, my family, work and everything and I feel like I need a serious re-do in life. When do you know that it is the right time?

Dear Ms. Starting Over,
So here's the thing, only you know when it’s the right time to start over. No one else knows the intricate details of your life but you. I can tell you that when you start contemplating the idea of starting over, that you have more than likely reached that point. Starting over doesn’t have to be a dreadful situation. If you approach the situation positively, then starting over and focusing on yourself can turn a ton of things around. Create a list of the negatives and positive people, activities and feelings of your life. Once you have a good layout of this, then you can remove and alter things in your life according to where you are headed. I hope this helps!
